1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all training services provided by Titan Security & Training Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any learner (“you”).

By booking or attending a course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment
All course fees must be paid in full before training begins.
Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed by us in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds are issued for non-attendance.
Refunds are only considered if the course is cancelled by us.

If you arrive late or without the required ID, you may be refused entry without refund (awarding body rules).

4. Learner Requirements
You must bring:
Correct photographic ID
Passport-style photo (if required)
Proof of English proficiency (if required)

If you fail to meet the awarding body requirements, we may not be able to register you.

5. Behaviour & Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any learner who:
Behaves inappropriately
Disrupts the class
Poses a safety risk
No refunds will be issued.

6. Certification
Certificates are issued only when:
All assessments are passed
Attendance requirements are met
All fees are fully paid

7. Data Protection
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of income
Travel costs
Accommodation costs
Any indirect or consequential loss

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
