Refund & Cancellations

Purpose
This policy explains how Titan Security & Training Ltd manages refunds and cancellations fairly, consistently and in line with consumer rights and awarding organisation requirements.

Cancellations by Learners
Cancellations made within 14 days of booking and before course materials are issued are eligible for a full refund.
If the course has already started, or if digital materials (e.g., e-learning access) have been provided, no refund will be issued.
Requests must be submitted in writing to info@titansecurityandtraining.co.uk.

Non-Attendance / Late Arrival
Learners who fail to attend without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or free rescheduling.
Late arrival that prevents completion of mandatory guided learning hours will be treated as non-attendance.

Rescheduling by Learners
Learners may request to reschedule a course at least 7 days before the start date.
Rescheduling within 7 days may incur an administration fee.
Only one reschedule is permitted per learner.

Cancellations by Titan Security & Training Ltd
If a course must be cancelled due to low enrolment, trainer illness, venue issues or other operational reasons:
Learners will be offered a new date at no extra cost, or a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 working days.

Assessment Failures
Refunds are not provided if the learner does not pass the course or fails assessments. Additional training/support may be offered at a reduced cost.
