Safeguarding & Prevent

Purpose
This policy outlines how Titan Security & Training Ltd protects learners, staff and visitors from harm, abuse, radicalisation and exploitation. It follows UK safeguarding legislation and the Prevent Duty.

Safeguarding Commitment
Provide a safe learning environment for all learners.
Act promptly on safeguarding concerns or disclosures.
Ensure all staff understand their safeguarding responsibilities.
Maintain confidentiality except where information must be shared to protect someone at risk.

Prevent Duty Commitment
Identify and report concerns related to radicalisation or extremism.
Promote British Values: Democracy, Rule of Law, Individual Liberty, Respect & Tolerance.
Ensure tutors embed Prevent awareness into delivery.
